To go with my goal to live life healthy, I’m taking my vitamins regularly. From what I’ve read, women should take vitamins that is really catered to their need and not just a multi vitamins that doesn’t give enough nutrients or mineral specific to women’s need. You can find womens vitamins that can help in metabolism problem, hot flash for women in 40’s, and more. Two of my doctors discourage me with Centrum before.. and that leads me to find one that will address to my specific need.
