I definitely need a quick weight loss in three months. There is no reason at all. I just want to accomplish what I have on my goal sheet ;) I already started this year and so far, I already lost 6 lbs and hope that things will continue. My will power, control, and body. I haven’t done long work out but I scheduled walking two 15 minutes break and also in my lunch time every day. And also I bring my food at work now. And these things are helping me.
