I really want to surprise my husband with this gift:

I’m looking at prices online now and making sure that the TV I will buy for him is what he wanted. I actually need to buy two televisions for him. One where he can hook his computer and watch TV and the other one is the regular one for the living room. I know what to give but because of too many options and specifications it’s making me hard to pick the right one. I don’t think that this will be a surprise.. I will need his help in picking the one he wants.

He spent more time watching TV than me.. so I gave all the rights for him to pick what he wants.

I was in my bank the other day and they are offering me a year identity theft protection for $60. Sounds a pretty good deal but I don’t have budget set up for that yet. Maybe next year I need to include budget for this kind of subscription. I know its not big amount of money but small, petty expenses like this can add up every month. So I really have to be careful in saying yes.

I hope that the teller who offered me the program was not discouraged with my reply.

I was thinking to buy Lianne a PS3 if she will good at school. Is it too early to plan a reward for her? I asked her what she wants after Kindergarten as my gift to her. She said she doesn’t want anything.. but my mom is telling her to ask money and put on the bank so she can have money when she needs it. I’m trying to teach her the reward system and hard work.

The other day she asked if I can give her $50 if she will wipe the car.. lol I said $50? That’s a lot for cleaning a car.. I can only give $5. And she said to just give her a dollar. Hahaha She doesn’t know how to bargain yet.. lol

My little girl who just started kindergarten this Monday! I’m so proud of her cause she survived the week without complaints. Hope she will be the same girl, whose always eager to learn, until she finish school..

A friend just landed a job to manage health insurance leads company in California. She was out of job for over a year. Her previous job was a HR Manager in a mortgage company. She is very happy to her new job because she really enjoy customer service and very good in marketing products. Their company is the one who looks for consumer that are buying or actively shopping for insurance. They bring leads of people seeking for home, car, auto, or health insurance. So if you need leads, just contact their company and they surely can bring client to  you!

Do you see the sign? This thing is very new to me. Most of the cities provides bag at the park, walk trails and other public place to help pet owners pick up their pet’s waste. This is how they encourage people to keep the place clean. This photo was taken on the park close to my home.

My sister is bragging me about the upcoming vacation they will have next month. She found panama city beach resort deals to meet all her expectation for a relaxing vacation. I also agree on what she said regarding this deal, money and value wise. With this economy, we still want to enjoy and relax but will not give us stress on our pocket. I need to consult my husband if he is willing to join my sister and her family on this vacation. I’m thinking to look for other deals in case he doesn’t want to.

My family back in Manila is always asking branded things like clothes, shoes, watches, bags, etc.. they actually know more branded stuff than me who have easy access to buy these things. They know the updates or the rend on the fashion industry.

Since end of the year is fast approaching, my brother is asking me to send a Nike shoes. This is the one he likes:

I also found myself browsing shoes for me I like Zappos because they have wide selection of branded shoes and accessories. Even the sizing of their shoes is always in stock. If you actually having a hard time buying shoes in the store because out of stock of the size you need.. you should check it in Zappos.com, they surely have your size. Their customer service is one of the top in terms of quality. Nothing to ask for in shopping branded stuff.

Anyways, I will be back.. I need to continue my shopping for my family.

They are moving to east coast and they need to ship their stuff with fast and reliable service. With this tough economy, one should not be afraid to change or go to place to earn a living. Even it’s beyond on what they want, they have no choice because that’s the only place where they can get a job.
