I have few friends and relatives in Orange County in California. And one of the recent updates with my family there are the situation of teenagers and increase of car accident that involves drunk driving.

This is my little girl when she was a baby. I really miss that moment. *sigh*

How I wish I can turn back time anytime and enjoy more of that moment. My mom babysit her while I went back from working.

Now that we will be having another baby in the house.. I want to make sure that I will enjoy most of the moment with the new baby.

Hubby is so busy looking for mortgage lenders that has best offer available. One of our loan is five years adjustable and that will start to adjust by next year.
